Read 1 John chapter 1

VERSE:

1 John 1:6–If we claim to have fellowship with him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live out the truth.

TRUTH:

Does our walk match our talk? If we show up to church on Sunday and state that we are following Christ, but then live in disobedience the rest of the week, we are lying. We’re lying to ourselves, to others, and to God. We can’t live out the truth if we are busy lying. Do our actions match our words?

RESPONSE:

Father, You are truth and I will live out the truth. Help me identify areas in my life where my actions are not in line and I will surrender them to You. I desire to live and walk in the light.
