The Message – #24

Glorify God. Ultimately, the message of Isaiah is one of glorifying God, even through everything that the Lord allows us to go through. Read Isaiah chapter 24 and focus on verse 15.

Therefore glorify the Lord in the east, The name of the Lord , the God of Israel, In the coastlands of the sea.

The entire chapter speaks about the judgment of God on the people and through all this, we see them praising God. We can praise God in any circumstance, but one main key to this is that if we aren’t praising God already, then God will bring us back to Him so that we will praise Him. God is worthy of our praise. We may not understand all that he is doing or why he is allowing it, but we know that He is holy and still worthy of our praise.

Are we praising God through everything we go through. The good, the bad, the easy, the hard, the laughter, the tears? All are opportunities to see God and to praise Him.
