Christian Devotional – November 11, 2014

Read Matthew chapter 7

VERSE:

Matthew 7:8–For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.

TRUTH

God rewards the diligent. As we diligently seek after Him, He allows Himself to be found. If we ask questions, then He will give us answers. As we knock, He will open up Himself and reveal Himself to us. Sometimes we quit too early in our search to know and understand more about God. We must be focused and diligent to ask, seek, and knock for He has promised that we will be answered.

RESPONSE:

Father, I will continue to ask, seek, and knock to learn and grow more like You. I pray that You will help me to stay consistent and focused and never give up, knowing that You will answer.
