Read Job chapter 15

VERSE:

Job 15:31–Let him not deceive himself by trusting what is worthless, for he will get nothing in return.

TRUTH:

Trust is a very important thing. It gets talked about a lot and most people make decisions based on who or what they trust. Yet, it is important to remember that if we are trusting in something that is worthless, then all the decisions that we make based on that thing will be worthless. Our trust was misplaced. We must realize that when we trust in something that is worthless, it will impact and affect all of our decisions going forward. When we look at our lives, are we trust in Jesus Christ and Him alone? He is the only thing that is worthy of our trust.

RESPONSE:

Father, I praise You for being worthy of my trust. Forgive me for trusting in anything or anyone else besides You. Only You are truly trustworthy and only You will be able to give me in return exactly what You have for me.
