Read James chapter 2

VERSE:

James 2:19–You believe that there is one God. Good! Even the demons believe that–and shudder.

TRUTH:

Our belief in God is a good thing, but we must remember that it is more than just believe that God is real and that He is powerful. The demons know those facts. They just how real and how powerful God is. Yet, they are not saved. Our knowledge of God and Jesus isn’t enough. We must desire that He take control of our life. We must put Him first. As we do that, then we will see His power in our life daily and we will experience His presence and guidance in all area of our lives.

RESPONSE:

Father, I praise You and while I know that You are real, I also desire for You to be in complete control of my life and everything in it. Thank You for all that You do. I praise You for being who You are and for taking control of my life and leading me in the way that You desire.
