Christian Devotional – September 5, 2015

Read Zechariah chapter 6

VERSE:

Zechariah 6:15–“Those who are far away will come and help to build the temple of the Lord, and you will know that the Lord Almighty has sent me to you. This will happen if you diligently obey the Lord your God.”

TRUTH:

When God gives us a job to do, He also provides the way to do it. We can step out in confidence and obedience knowing that God has already seen through the various obstacles in order to make a way for us to be successful in all that He has for us to do. I know that He will lead and direct me and that I will praise Him throughout for all that He has done.

RESPONSE:

Father, I praise You and thank You for all that You have done for me. I know that You are the One who has the plans for me and that if they are Your plans, You have also determined how they will come about. I don’t have to worry about the how, I just have to do what I know and You will work everything else out.
