Christian Devotional – December 10, 2010

VERSE:
Genesis 15:6–Then he believed in the Lord; and He reckoned it to him as righteousness.

TRUTH:
Abram was told some amazing things. He would have a son in his old age. His descendants would outnumber the stars. Yet, Abram chose to believe the Lord and because of it, the Lord calls him ‘righteous.’ Do we believe what the Lord tells us through His word? Are we ‘righteous?’

RESPONSE:
Lord, I pray that You will help me to trust in You regardless of the circumstance. Please help me to be righteous.
