Devotional – July 20, 2011

VERSE:
1 Corinthians 9:20–For though I am free from all men, I have made myself a slave to all, so that I may win more.

TRUTH:
Even though we have freedom in Christ, Paul recognized that God’s heart is to see others come to Him. Paul sacrificed everything to accomplish this goal. What are we willing to sacrifice so that others will come to know Christ?

RESPONSE:
Lord, because You live in me, Your goals are my goals. I pray that I will be willing to sacrifice everything to see others come to know You.
