Devotional – July 3, 2011

VERSE:
Psalm 33:1–Sing for joy in the Lord, O you righteous ones; praise is becoming to the upright.

TRUTH:
We are never more beautiful to God than when we are praising Him. When we tell of God’s glory and give Him praise, regardless of our personal circumstances, God is pleased and it adds to our beauty. The Lord takes great joy and delight in our words and deeds of praise.

RESPONSE:
Lord, I praise You, I am thankful for You, and I lift You up. I am beautiful and becoming in Your sight.
