Devotional – March 19, 2012

VERSE:
Micah 6:8–He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you, but to do justice, to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God.

TRUTH:
What God really wants from each of us is not mindless sacrifices, but a genuine relationship. God wants us to do and love the things He does and loves and to walk with Him. Are we looking to spend time walking with God, talking and sharing with Him like an old friend? Make time today to share with God and walk with Him.

RESPONSE:
Lord, I want to desire the things that You desire. I want to spend time with You. I pray You will help me to take the time to spend with You today.
