Devotional – March 28, 2011

VERSE:
Joshua 14:11–I am still as strong today as I was in the day Moses sent me; as my strength was then so my strength is now, for war and for going out and coming in.

TRUTH:
How could Caleb, who was 85 years old, say this? Because he knew where his strength came from. God is our source of strength and regardless of our physical age, God gives us the strength to accomplish all He has for us to do. Do we trust in Him for our strength?

RESPONSE:
Lord, help me never shy away from the tasks You’ve given me, knowing that the strength comes from You.
