Devotional – November 25, 2011

VERSE:
Psalm 122:1–I was glad when they said to me, “Let us go to the house of the Lord.”

TRUTH:
Do we look forward to meeting with God? Are we excited about sharing with Him and learning from Him? Going to the house of God is a beautiful chance to not only set aside time for God, but to also meet with others who share our joy. Having Jesus in our hearts allows us to meet with God every minute of every day. Do we seek Him as diligently and with such joy?

RESPONSE:
Lord, I am glad when I get to go meet with You and other believers, but I am equally glad when I get to just meet with You. I desire to have You as the guiding force of every minute of my day today.
