Christian Devotional – October 23, 2010

VERSE:
1 Peter 1:18-19–knowing that you were not redeemed with perishable things like silver or gold from your futile way of life inherited from your forefathers, but with precious blood as of a lamb unblemished and spotless, the blood of Christ.

TRUTH:
Just like yesterday, we have been redeemed with a precious price, the blood of Jesus. He has paid the ultimate price for our freedom. Have we accepted that gift?

RESPONSE:
Lord, thank You for your amazing sacrifice and desire for us to be made right with You!
