Read Psalm chapter 145 VERSE: Psalm 145:8–The Lord is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and rich in love. TRUTH: This verse is a great summary of the character of God. In fact, this verse is echoes in several other places in the Bible. As children of God, this verse should also describe us. Are we gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and rich in love? RESPONSE: Father, give me Your character. I desire to be like You in every area, including being gracious and compassionate. Make me slow to anger and rich in love toward everyone I come into contact with today.
