As soon as you find him, return to me, so that I too may go and worship him.” TRUTH: The magi were asked to look carefully for Jesus, yet they had already shown their diligence for looking for Him by coming this far. Herod wanted to convey his concern to the magi to trick them. Still, the search for Jesus is one of the most important things we can do in our life. Read Matthew chapter 1 VERSE: Matthew 1:21–She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins. TRUTH: Jesus’ purpose in coming to earth was clear. He is to be the savior for those who are lost in their sin. Each and every one of us fit that description.
