Christian Devotional – June 18, 2014

Read 1 John chapter 2

VERSE:

1 John 2:29–If you know that He is righteous, you know that everyone who does what is right has been born of Him.

TRUTH:

We know that God is righteous. He is perfect in all that He does. If we are following Him, we will be acting the same way that He acts. Are others able to tell that we are a follower of Christ based on how we act each day? Do our responses line up with God’s word?

RESPONSE:

Father, if I say I follow You, then all I do should be a match for all that You do. I will seek to learn and know You and allow You to live through me so that my actions will line up with Yours today.
