Read Psalm chapter 113

VERSE:

Psalm 1135–Who is like the Lord our God, the One who sits enthroned on high?

TRUTH:

The answer is no one. No one is like the Lord most high. Others try to lie and convince us that they have as much power or influence. We even try to convince ourselves sometimes that we each have the same power and might that the Lord does, but we don’t. Not even close. God is over everything and not just because He is powerful, but because He is the Creator of everything. He crafted the world with His words. Do we give Him the respect that is due? Do we trust Him to handle our issues and concerns? We should, He is more than capable.

RESPONSE:

Father, You are all that I need. I just need to trust in You more and allow You to have Your way in my life. I try to do so much on my own, but You are the One who is going to work and move in our life. I need You for there is truly no one like You.
