Christian Devotional – January 14, 2013

VERSE:
John 4:14–but whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed the water I give them will become in them a spring welling up to eternal life.

TRUTH:
Jesus spoke with a woman and was describing who He was and what He could do for her. He tells her that he has living water that will become a spring inside a person that wells up to eternal life. Our faith in Jesus is as refreshing as a spring of water. Do we constantly feel fresh and new or are we always feeling beat up and run over? Jesus wants to refresh us daily and provide all we need to go through the day.

RESPONSE:
Father, I praise You for being the spring of living water. Thank You for Your constant refreshing and cleansing of me. I will come to You and all You to meet my every need.
