ADHD Gospel, Day 19

Immediately. Read Mark 5:21-29.

Jesus was being pressed in on all sides by so many people who wanted his healing touch in their lives. As Jesus is traveling to the house of a man who was a religious leader and asked for his help, Jesus also had a side encounter. Reading the book of Mark, we are reminder of exactly how completely rapid-fire event happen.

Jesus was busy doing one thing, and someone else interrupted him. Jesus took the time and the moment to focus on her and see her for who she was. She had tried to be discreet, but God’s healing touch in her life meant that she was seen by God. God doesn’t ever work in our lives without seeing us for who we are and knowing exactly what we look like. Are we asking God to work in our life? Are we aware that God sees us exactly as we are?
