God made us. We didn’t randomly come together from cosmic spare parts. God had a plan and a design. See Psalm 100

Know that the Lord Himself is God; It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves; We are His people and the sheep of His pasture.

Not only did he make us, but he claims us as well. God desires that we love him back, but he makes it clear why he loves us in the first place. He made us. He is our Creator. Do we love Him?
