Read Psalm chapter 80

VERSE:

Psalm 80:19–Restore us, Lord God Almighty, make your face shine on us, that we may be saved.

TRUTH:

Have you ever seen something that was old and broken down which was later restored to its original beauty? It may have been a car or antique furniture or even a house. The change is amazing! God is capable of doing that, and so much more, with our lives. This verse is repeated three times in this chapter, emphasizing its importance. Through God’s power, we can be restored and saved. No matter the condition of our life, God is able to restore us and make us new. We are never too far gone for God. Have we allowed Him to clean up our lives and restore us?

RESPONSE:

Father, without You, my life is falling apart and decaying. You are able to change and restore me. I will trust in You and allow You to do whatever You need to do in my life to restore me exactly as You would have me.
