Christian Devotional – April 25, 2018

What burdens are you carrying? Often we all have something that we drag around with us, either consciously or unconsciously. Think about the burden that is weighing you down as you read Psalm 55.

Cast your burden upon the Lord and He will sustain you; He will never allow the righteous to be shaken.

God says that he will sustain us. He takes our burdens and he carries them. He knows what we can handle and when we reach our limit. He sees our struggles, even the ones that we won’t admit to anyone else or even to ourselves. Will we cast our burdens upon him today?
