Christian Devotional – April 28, 2015

Read Psalm chapter 102

VERSE:

Psalm 102:2–Do not hide your face from me when I am in distress. Turn your ear to me; when I call, answer me quickly.

TRUTH:

When we feel like everything is falling apart, we have One we can call on who will always hear our call. We know that God promises to be with us through the difficult times. We do not always see Him, which is why we can feel like He is hiding, but we can know the truth that God is with us and hears all our cries. Do we continue to come to Him even when we don’t hear Him or see His voice?

RESPONSE:

Father, I may not see You in the middle of every dark situation, but I know You are there. I pray You will make Your presence clear to me today as I walk through my day. I will turn my concerns to You and I will trust that You will answer me.
