The God who Hears, Day 31

Fulfillment of God’s Word. Read 1 Samuel chapter 31.

Saul had continued to deny God and God had shared through prophets that he was going to lose everything. Well, God’s word came true and Saul died, along with his sons.

While this chapter is tragic, it’s tragic because of the disobedience and rebellion that Saul showed. It’s tragic because of his lack of repentance. It’s always tragic to see sin ruin the lives of those around us. Sin, and our failure to repent from it, is a main reason why we experience a lot of the struggles that we do.

Are we repenting to God? Do we seek God in every situation? What do we need to repent of today?
