Christian Devotional – February 26, 2015

Read Psalm chapter 51

VERSE:

Psalm 51:17–My sacrifice, O God, is a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart you, God, will not despise.

TRUTH:

What do we sacrifice to God? Do we spend time trying to tell God how good we are? God knows us, better than we know ourselves. He desires that we bring ourselves to Him humbly, recognizing we are not worthy of anything that God has provided for us.

RESPONSE:

Father, I will come to You. I know that I can do nothing on my own, so I kneel before You. However and whenever you choose to use me, that is when I will be used.
