What do we pray for and ask God to provide? Jesus took a look around and saw that the people needed lot of things but the thing that they needed most was him. Reading Luke 10:1-24 we see this verse:
And He was saying to them, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore beseech the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.

We see the work that needs to be done in the world. We know that God is needed by so many people, but are we actively praying that God will send out people to tell them? Do we volunteer to be the ones that go and share? We know that people need God. But are we broken over seeing people in their sin? Do we feel so desperate that they learn about the salvation of God that we would be willing to do anything to see them come to Him? Most of us aren’t even praying for them, so how broken can we truly be? Today ask God to help you see the people you come into contact with as He sees them so that He can impress this verse on us and we will start paying for those who will go and tell them about God’s love.
