Read 1 John chapter 4

VERSE:

1 John 4:17–This is how love is made complete among us so that we will have confidence on the day of judgment: In this world we are like Jesus.

TRUTH:

As it says in the previous verse, God is love and living in love means living in God and vice versa. This is how love is made complete. When we are living in God and allowing Him to live in us, we can have confidence that no matter what we face, we are exactly where God has us and doing His work. In that way, we are like Jesus, living in love each and every day. Has God and His love been made complete in us?

RESPONSE:

Father, You are love and through You, love is made complete in me. I will have confidence as I live in Your love, knowing that Your love also lives in me.
