Full Faith, Day 2

Rescue. Read Colossians 1:9-14.

As we read about the faith that the people had in the previous verses, we see that faith has resulted in God’s rescue. When we put our faith in Jesus Christ, he is committed to rescuing us from all that we deserve. God does not promise us a life of ease or comfort, but he promises to be with us and to rescue us from judgment.

He rescues us from the dominion of darkness and brings us into his life. Will we stay focused on him and accept his rescue today?
