Psalm and Praise, Day 131

Stay in control. Read Psalm chapter 131.

This is a very short Psalm, but it has a powerful message. We put our hope in the Lord and because of that, we don’t have to be emotionally reactive to the situations that we go through. God is more than our circumstances and because of that, we can remain calm throughout the situations we go through.

We don’t have to blow up or break down, knowing that God is over every situation. Are we remaining calm and quieting ourselves? Are we allowing God to do what he does and trusting in him?
