Read Matthew chapter 6

VERSE:

Matthew 6:27–Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?

TRUTH:

We tend to worry a lot. Since our culture prizes the ability to solve our own problems, we often find ourselves tempted to worry and plan everything about our life. However, only God knows everything about us and our circumstances. He is the one we should trust regarding all things on our life. We cannot change our circumstances by worrying about them, only by trusting and obeying God. Will we trust or will we worry? We can’t do both.

RESPONSE:

Father, You are the one that I am willing to trust with every area of my life. I will pray that You will take me and give me the trust in You that I need to deal with every situation You allow me to go through.
