One. Not equal or identical, but unified. That is what Christ does. Read Galatians 3:26-29.
For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. For all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free man, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. And if you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s descendants, heirs according to promise.

We are all one together in Christ. However, that is not the same as everyone being equal. Each and every one of us bring individual and specific talents and skills that God has gifted us with and together, we’re able to use them to enhance the work of Christ here on the Earth.
However, we should never mistake being one has being equal. When people are equal then they are the same and identical and in some cases, people even go so far as to say that one of them would not be necessary. However, when we are all made one together with Christ then each and every person is absolutely essential because without someone, then there is a whole and an emptiness without them.
Do we see our desperate need for each and every other believer? Without them, we will never be able to accomplish as much as we would together. Do we see our fellow brothers and sisters in Christ as a necessary part of the work that we are doing in Christ?
