Christian Devotional – November 22, 2013

VERSE:

Numbers 6:24-26–The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make His face to shine on you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn His face toward you and give you peace.

TRUTH:

The Lord gave them this blessing to be able to bless the people. This is what God wants to be said to each of us. The Lord blesses us by making His face shine upon up, being gracious to us, and giving us peace. How do we know we are blessed by God? His face is turned toward us and we experience His peace.

RESPONSE:

Father, Your blessing is the only blessing I desire. I need You in my life to keep me, be gracious to me, and give me peace. I will turn to You and seek Your face.
