Leviticus 2:3–The remainder of the grain offering belongs to Aaron and his sons; a thing most holy, of the offerings to the Lord by fire.
The grain offerings were different from the burnt offerings. With the grain offerings, only a portion was burned up in smoke, the rest was given to the priest. Still, the part that was burned wasn’t more holy or more special than the part that remained. The entire offering was considered holy. The person giving the offering gave and the entire offering was considered holy before the Lord, simply because it was given as an offering.
Father, I will give You what is Yours as an offering to You. You make it holy to You and I will rejoice in the blessing of giving to You.
