The Voice of the Prophet, Day 49

Salvation available for all. Read Isaiah chapter 49.

As we read through this chapter in Isaiah, we see God reminding Isaiah of his purpose. Isaiah was to be the voice of God to the people of Israel, but not just to the people of Israel. God reminded isaiah that there was a greater purpose. God wanted him to be a voice to go and to share his message throughout Israel, but he also wanted the message to go out through the rest of the world.

God’s message and plan for salvation included the entire world. God wanted to make his salvation available to anyone who was willing to accept it. When we see God moving, we can know and understand that he desires all to come to him. Not everyone will choose to come to God, but everyone has the opportunity.

God reminded Isaiah that not everyone would listen to the message that he was sharing, but that he was still to provide that message to everyone. Are you open to sharing God’s message with everyone? Do you understand and realize the importance of sharing the message of God and his salvation to everyone?
