Christian Devotional – October 13, 2016

Read Daniel chapter 7

VERSE:

Daniel 7:14–He was given authority, glory and sovereign power; all nations and peoples of every language worshipped him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion that will not pass away, and his kingdom is one that will never be destroyed.

TRUTH:

Jesus Christ is the One who is referenced in these verses and we can rest confidently knowing that He is the One who has been given all authority and power. His kingdom will never be destroyed. As we continue to be obedient to God, we can trust that He will do everything that He has said He will do. We can also trust that He will be victorious over all sin and evil and death. Are we resting confidently in the power of Jesus Christ?

RESPONSE:

Father, You are the One with the kingdom that will never be destroyed. You are the One that is over all things. You are the One with all the glory and power. I will follow You no matte what come because I know that You are worthy of everything I am and that is what I give you.
