Devotional – November 26, 2011

VERSE:
Psalm 123:2–Behold, as the eyes of the servant look to the hand of their master, as the eyes of a maid to the hand of her mistress, so our eyes look to the Lord our God, until He is gracious to us.

TRUTH:
God provides everything for us. We are to trust Him for everything we need. Just like a servant is dependant on their master for everything they have, we are dependant on God for everything we have. We can hold on to Him and trust Him until He supplies our needs as promised. Do we wait on Him and trust Him to provide exactly what we need?

RESPONSE:
Lord, I love You and serve You with gladness. I will come to You with all my concerns and I will wait on You. Lord, You are my supplier and I will be content with what You supply.
