VERSE:
Psalm 115:1–Not to us, O Lord, not to us, but to Your name give glory because of Your lovingkindness, because of Your truth.
TRUTH:
Do we spend our time waiting and hoping for God to glorify us? Are we expecting for God to make us famous or well-known? The truth is that we should desire only for God to be glorified through our life and actions. God is the one who is worthy of the praise and honor, not us.
RESPONSE:
Father, may You work through me today to bring glory to Yourself, not to me. I am not deserving of praise or honor, only You. Apart from You I can do nothing.
