Corinthians, Day 16

Final thoughts. As we conclude Paul’s first letter to the Corinthians, he ends with his final thoughts and closing remarks. Read 1 Corinthians 16.

Paul has been sharing so many things with the Corinthians throughout this entire letter and now he finds himself drawing the letter to a close. What are the final things that he knows he must share with them? What are the last pieces of advice that he can remind them of and encourage them with? As we read through this last chapter, we see him closing up and reminding the people to be strong. They can stand firm in their faith. They need to greet each other in love.

How do we live out these instructions each day? Do we live courageously, standing firm in our faith and loving each other? Our focus is no different than the Corinthian’s focus would be. We must continue to demonstrate our love to Jesus Christ every day.
