The Coming King, Day 13

Joy will overtake them. As we read through today’s verses on joy, we turn to Isaiah 35:10.

Those who have come to Christ, retun to joy. They have gladness and joy overtake them. As we think about the coming King, we realize that all that Jesus came to bring us was the joy that he is. We don’t find joy outside of Christ. As we are looking forward to Christ’s second coming, we can realize that we have joy in all that Christ is.
