The Essential Jesus, Day 19

Jesus is the Lord. As we look at day 19 of the Essential Jesus reading plan on YouVersion.com, we read through Psalm 110.

We see the victorious Jesus. He is the true Lord over all the enemies and he will be triumphant and victorious. As David writes this psalm, he is recognizing that there will be one coming who is greater than he is, one that he, himself, will call Lord. Jesus is that One.

God takes that opportunity to remind all of us of the power amd position of Jesus. Do we live like the children of the triumphant king? Do we recognize that we are overcomers through Jesus Christ? How can we demonstrate that today?
