Psalm and Praise, Day 120

Save me! Read Psalm chapter 120.

There have been several times in my life that I have cried out to God to save me. At this point, this verse really sticks out to ne. I know that there are people who are not being truthful about situations. I can only plead my case to God and continue to ask him to intervene. I know that God knows the truth of the situation. I know that God desires to be glorified in the situation. I can’t wait to see how God chooses to move through it. But, there is very little that I can do to change anything about the situation, other than to pray this prayer.

Do you come to God in your distress? Do you rely on him to bring you through, knowing that there is really no alternative and nothing that you can do yourself? I am so thankful that he hears my prayers.
