30 Days of Thanks, Day 20

Peace and thanks. They go together. As we read through day 20 of the 30 days of Thanks reading plan found on YouVersion.com, we see that our attitude of thankfulness is directly related to our peace. Read Colossians 3:15.

If we have peace in Christ, God’s peace will rule in our hearts, and as a result we will be thankful. We cannot truly understand God’s peace without automatically being thankful for it. When we know the peace that Christ brings in our life, we will understand gratitude and how we can be thankful for everything that we have. Are we truly thankful today? If we’re not, do we really have Christ’s peace in our hearts and in our lives today?
