Christian Devotional – October 1, 2018

Christ came before, and He’s coming again. As we read the Bible, we understand that Christ came the first time to pay the price for our sins, but the second time He is coming in victory. See Hebrews 9.

so Christ also, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, will appear a second time for salvation without reference to sin, to those who eagerly await Him.

The second time He comes won’t be about sin, instead it will be in victory. Have we accepted His sacrifice from the first time so that we are ready for the salvation He brings with the second time He comes?
