Devotional – November 11, 2011

VERSE:
Psalm 108:12–Oh give us help against the adversary, for deliverance by man is in vain.

TRUTH:
As David sang through this psalm, he knew that no matter the battle he faced, God is the one who brings victory. What battles are we going through? Only God brings the victory. Having friends stand by us and help us is great and certainly needed, but we must trust and wait on God to bring the victory.

RESPONSE:
Lord, we praise You for all that You are. You are victorious. You are above all and through You we find help and deliverance in all things.
