Devotional – November 7, 2011

VERSE:
Colossians 2:6–Therefore as you have received Christ Jesus as Lord, so walk in Him.

TRUTH:
The daily Christian life is described in this verse. Sure, we accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, but then each day we are to surrender our will and submit ourselves to His lordship. We are to walk in Him.

RESPONSE:
Lord, I praise You for Your saving grace. I thank You for providing the means to live daily in You. Help me to simply walk in You today.
