VERSE: Psalm 115:1–Not to us, O Lord, not to us, but to Your name give glory because of Your lovingkindness, because of Your truth. TRUTH: Do we spend our time waiting and hoping for God to glorify us? Are we expecting for God to make us famous or well-known? The truth is that we should desire only for God to be glorified through our life and actions. God is the one who is worthy of the praise and honor, not us. RESPONSE: Father, may You work through me today to bring glory to Yourself, not to me. I am not deserving of praise or honor, only You. Apart from You…

VERSE: Psalm 109:4–In return for my love they act as my accusers; But I am in prayer. TRUTH: We have all been let down or betrayed by people. David was no exception. How did he respond? He brought it to the Lord in prayer? He didn’t hold back his feelings or frustration from God, but he didn’t act on them. He allowed God to handle the situation. Do we express our frustration to God, or do we share with everyone around us? Do we allow God to deal with the situation? RESPONSE: Lord, I will bring my frustration and feelings of betrayal to You. You know how I feel, and…
