The Prophet of Redemption, Day 9

God is our protector. He is our defender and the one who stands between us and the enemies. Read Zechariah chapter 9.

Some days, I feel I have so many enemies. Some days I am my biggest enemy. God indicated to the people that he would place himself at the door and he would be the protector of His people. We don’t have to defend ourselves; God does that. We don’t have to try to stand up against oppressors; God does that.

No matter what we are going through, God sees the evil in the world and he knows all that is going on. In His time, we will be vindicated and He will be the one to defend us. He will be the one to lead us through these difficult times, if we will trust in him.
